How We Ship

Belcrest Supply works directly with a curated network of warehouse partners to ship orders globally. Each order is hand-prepared at the partner closest to the inventory, then shipped to you with tracking. We don't keep a single warehouse — we keep a careful catalog, and the items move from where they're stocked.

Handling Time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, new product launches, large promotions) handling may extend by 1–2 additional days; if so, we'll notify you proactively.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery to U.S. addresses takes 7–14 business days from the date your order ships. International delivery may take longer depending on destination and customs processing. Every order receives a tracking number once shipped — you'll know exactly where your package is at all times.

We prioritize curated quality over overnight speed. Our 7–14 day window means each piece is hand-prepared and shipped from the partner closest to where it’s stocked — not pulled off a warehouse shelf by an algorithm.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over $49: Free standard shipping within the United States.
• Orders under $49: A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.
• International orders: Rates are calculated based on destination and weight, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to your carrier's tracking page. Tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

• Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mailroom.
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
• Reach out to us through our Contact Form — we'll work with you to resolve it.

Why "Curated, Not Stocked"?

Belcrest is a small, design-conscious catalog. We hand-pick 32 desk accessories from a global network of specialized makers and warehouses. That's how we keep prices reasonable on objects that are usually $200+ from a single-source brand — and it's why our handling and shipping timelines are slightly longer than Amazon's. The trade-off is intentional, and we're transparent about it.
