Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, submit a request through our Contact Form. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to ship it. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return authorization states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact Form so we can evaluate and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
